• It is bordered on the north by Helmy Al-Malt Street, in the south by Al

Rawda Street, in the east by Teachers Towers, and in the west by Abrah

Al-Safa.

• It consists of 9 residential towers (basement + ground + 7 floors) with a total number of housing units: 350 housing units with an area of ​​120 m2 and services with an area of ​​25% of the total surface, as well as parking for unit residents.

• The project is divided into:
